It was 20 years ago that we discovered the opportunity to introduce frozen products with authentic Mexican and Spanish flavors to the Mexican market. Thanks to our vision and commitment to high quality, we developed and manufactured an assortment of frozen and RTE bakery products for the Mexican retail markets and began exportation to the USA in 2010. As we held true to our passion and principle of preserving the traditional, authentic flavors of Mexico, our products gained considerable acceptance in the US market. In 2014, the need to build BakeMex was born.
